How we treat your data
The most sensitive information a team keeps, kept properly.
An incident report, a list of people to look out for, where your operators are tonight: this is information that must not leak, and a team should not have to take anyone's word for how it is handled. These are our promises, in plain words.
Your data is yours
Your organisation owns its data and remains responsible for it; Reyia handles it on your behalf under a written agreement. It is kept apart from every other client's. Nothing you enter is used to train anything. If you leave, you take it with you in a form you can use.
The right people, and only them
Who may see and do what is decided by role and by city, once, for everyone. Coordinators see what coordinators need, operators what operators need, research what research needs. A newcomer sees nothing until a coordinator approves them. What one person may not see, their screen cannot show.
Location only on duty
Where someone is matters on shift and in an emergency. Off duty, Reyia does not read a position and does not share one. Opening the app, signing in or looking at a map changes nothing.
Nothing sensitive on a lock screen
A notification tells you something changed, never what. The detail waits until the phone is unlocked and the app open.
Everything is accounted for
Every operational action, including every question put to the assistant, leaves a record your organisation can review. Reports in the field carry initials, not names, so the record protects the people in it.
Kept in Europe
Reyia runs in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central), under European data-protection law, in systems the company itself runs. Your data stays there.
The device
A phone that can be lost without the operation being lost.
Each person signs in with the account their organisation already gave them, on a device that is theirs. A code or a fingerprint opens the app; it locks itself when left alone. A phone that is not the person's does not get in, and a phone that is lost gives nothing away.
Calls and channels are private to your team. We say plainly what we do and do not yet do, so a team can decide with the facts: ask us, and you get a straight answer.
Independence
No client owns any part of Reyia. That protects every client.
Reyia is an independent company. Clients are licensees: no organisation owns the product, and nothing in it is built for one client at the expense of another. The same rules protect everyone, and a neighbour's organisation never sees yours.
Questions a data-protection officer would ask, we are glad to answer, with the documents to go with them. Found something that worries you? Write to hello@reyia.example.
