What this website keeps, and why.
This notice covers the website at reyia.example. The platform a client uses is covered by that client's data-processing agreement, not by this page.
Who is responsible
Reyia ApS, Street 1, 1000 Copenhagen, Denmark, is the controller for this website. Questions about personal data go to hello@reyia.example.
Visiting the site
The site sets no cookies, loads nothing from any other company, and runs no analytics or tracking script. Our hosting provider's infrastructure keeps ordinary connection logs (address, time, page, browser) for operating and securing the service; those are kept for a short period and used for nothing else. The server is hosted in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central).
Sending us a message
When you use a form we store what you typed (name, email, organisation, role, country and your message), the page it came from, the time, your browser's identification string, and a keyed hash of your network address. The hash is not reversible and exists only to limit abuse of the forms; your address itself is not stored.
We use this to reply to you and, if a conversation follows, to run it. The legal basis is your consent, given with the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you made. We keep a message for up to two years after the last contact about it, then delete it. If a contract follows, its records are kept as the contract and bookkeeping law require.
For investor requests we may check who you are against public sources before sending confidential material. We do not sell, share or rent contact details, and we send no newsletter.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable form. Write to hello@reyia.example. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in Denmark or in your own country.
Processors
The website and its database run on Microsoft Azure under a data-processing agreement with the EU's standard terms, in the region named above. No other processor receives form data.
Changes
This notice is updated when the site changes; the current version is always at this address.
