What you get
One tool, four jobs, done the way the work is done.
A protection team is four kinds of people with four kinds of day. Reyia gives each of them the part of the picture they need, on the phone, and keeps it one picture.
On the post
The operator
The screen in the hand of the person standing the post is the simplest in Reyia, on purpose.
My shift, my team, my site
Check in, see who is on with you and where, read the brief for today, check out. Nothing to set up and nothing to search for.
Say what you saw
A sighting with a photo in three taps. An incident report with the facts that matter, started in two. The place is recorded with the picture, so the team sees where as well as what.
Hold to raise it
One hold and one tap on what kind of emergency. Everyone on duty is alerted and answers from their lock screen. The one in charge says so with a tap. The device stays usable until it is over.
Talk like a radio net
Push-to-talk channels for the shift and calls to a colleague, inside the app, with the discipline of a radio net: one voice at a time, everyone hears.
Sweeps and arrivals
Walk a sweep and the leader sees it done. Arrive at a site and the coordinator knows. Leave, and they know that too. On duty only.
Running the operation
The coordinator
The coordinator's day is planning, briefing, moving people and keeping the record. Reyia makes each of those one place instead of three.
Rosters, events and the month
Shifts and posts across sites. Events with venue, guest numbers and the level of threat, and the briefing and debriefing checklists that belong to them. A monthly plan that tells you where the gaps are. The coordinator always publishes: nothing goes out on its own.
Who is where, right now
Every protected site on one map with the people on duty at it. Presence you can trust, because it is read from the shift, not from someone remembering to say.
Access and visitors
Who is authorised at each site, dated and revocable. Guest check-in in two taps, with names checked against what research has verified, at the door, as they arrive.
Doctrine and drills
Your procedures in a searchable library the assistant also knows, quizzes your coordinators write, and drills that use the real emergency flow so the rehearsal is honest.
The record
Every incident in one timeline, by city and by week, with its photos and the people and events it links to. Searchable. Never lost in a thread.
Knowing what is out there
Research
The research desk produces the knowledge. Reyia gets it to the door, checked.
Persons of interest
Photographs, sightings, where last seen, vehicles and notes, in one catalogue for the whole organisation. Nothing reaches the field until research has verified it, and duplicates are caught before they spread.
Bulletins that get read
Upload a briefing and it becomes a clean, readable, searchable document tied to the sites and the level it concerns, instead of a PDF nobody opens.
Today's news, scored
The public news, read for you, clustered and scored against your cities and your focus, with a plain "all quiet" when there is nothing. Facts are quoted from where they were published.
Asking instead of searching
Ask Reyia
Anything in Reyia can be asked for in plain language. The assistant answers from your organisation's own data and your own procedures, and it drafts the paperwork: a report, a shift entry, a briefing note.
It does only what the person asking is allowed to do, it never acts on its own, and everything it does is logged. You confirm, you sign, you save.
For example
"Who is on the east gate at six on Friday?"
"Brief me on tonight's sites."
"Log a sighting of the grey van at the school entrance."
"What does our procedure say about an unattended bag during a service?"
Oversight
Leadership and administrators
Who is in, and what they may see
People sign in with the accounts your organisation already has. A newcomer waits in a queue until a coordinator approves them. Roles decide what each person sees and does; cities decide which colleagues and which intelligence.
The big picture
A dashboard for the people who oversee several sites or several cities: what is on, who is out, what happened, and the activity log that shows it.
More than one organisation
Reyia is built for umbrella bodies: organisations inside organisations, cities inside those, sites inside those. Neighbours can lend a team to each other's event and share just what the night needs.
